Pennant Night Procedure
A. Courts
- Ensure courts are swept before use.
- Ensure all lights are turned off after use inc. courts and toilets.
- We should have access to cupboard under stairs to store balls., scoresheets etc.
- Clean up rubbish dispose of.
- Lock up courts after use.
B. Meals- $15 per person plus drinks bill.
- As soon as possible inform Chef of numbers for dinner.
- At commencement of last game let the Chef know you will be up in approx 30-45 mins.
- Ensure we all adhere to dress code-neat casual- no sports gear.
- Don't take your squash bags to the Restaurant. Please put all squash bags in your car boot before going to Dining Room.
- Home team pays for all meals and drinks bills from the night. Playing away, we are guests of the home team. No charge.
C. Drinks
- The fridge in the downstairs bar is NOT TO BE ACCESSED BY ANYONE DURING PENNANT OR PRACTICE.
If you need to purchase a drink please go to the upstairs bar.
- On Pennant nights same applies - a tab can be run at the upstairs bar.
You can get drinks on demand or bring an esky along.
The bar staff wil be able to provide ice.
